Data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the EQPACS platform, ensure system security, and provide user support.
All uploaded imaging data remains the property of the uploading clinic or user. EQPACS does not claim ownership of clinical imaging content.
Data may be processed and stored in secure cloud infrastructure. By using the platform, users consent to cross-border data processing. Users in the European Union and other regions may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable law.
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication safeguards designed to protect user data from unauthorized access.
